HOLDER OF A MASTER’S DEGREE IN TRANSLATION AND SWORN INTERPRETER WITH YEARS OF EXPERIENCE GAINED ABROAD
I successfully completed my studies at the prestigious University of Heidelberg with the academic title of "Diplom-Übersetzerin für Russisch und Englisch" (similar to a Master's Degree in Translation for Russian and English) with law as an ancillary subject.
Subsequently I joined the "Auswärtige Amt" (German Foreign Office). After working in the language department of the German Embassy in Moscow, I moved to St. Petersburg where I was appointed head of the language department and print media specialist of the German Consulate-General.
Years of professional experience and an ability to confidently deal with people, their language and mentality ensure that you have a competent linguist at your side.
During more than 20 years working as a free-lance translator, I have built up a select network of translators and interpreters.
This enables me to make use of a wealth of expertise when specialist interpreting and translating requirements need to be met at short notice.
